• Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Work may begin only after receiving the required advance payment.
• Final deliverables may be released after full payment has been received.

All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions

Most projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the project proposal.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges and may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Growvio Studio retains ownership of:

• Internal processes and methodologies
• Templates and reusable assets
• Proprietary tools and frameworks
• Pre-existing intellectual property

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

We are not responsible for:

8. Website Availability

• Any outstanding invoices become immediately payable.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, technical, or strategic information shared during the course of a project, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:
